The Human Settlements Adjudication Commission welcomed Atty. Edhel P. Bautista-Luminate as the Chief Regional Adjudicator for Regional Adjudication Branch No. IV-B.
She took her oath of office on Tuesday, 22 February 2022, before Executive Commissioner Melzar P. Galicia, in the presence of Administrative Service Director Niño Karlo O. Mejia and selected RAB No. IV-B employees.
Prior to her appointment, she had been acting as Officer-In-Charge for the said RAB, since the HSAC became operational in 2020.
She also previously headed the Monitoring and Adjudication Division of the Housing and Land Use Regulatory Board’s Northern Tagalog Region Field Office from 2017 to 2019, where she was in-charge of monitoring compliance to rules and standards and imposing sanctions for the violations thereof, supervising the operations of homeowners associations, conducting conciliation or mediation proceedings, and providing legal assistance to the public.
Atty. Bautista-Luminate finished her law degree at the Baguio Colleges Foundation (now University of Cordilleras) in 2003, and passed the bar in 2016.
