The Human Settlements Adjudication Commission held a week-long celebration for its fourth anniversary from February 13 to 17, 2023. This year’s theme focused on “Inspiring Client Trust and Confidence through Active, Impartial, and Efficient Adjudication.”
“We have reached another momentous milestone. Another year of commemorating the Commission’s efforts of delivering service excellence through efficiency and resiliency. We have gained the trust of our clients through delivering active, impartial, and efficient adjudication,” said Executive Commissioner Melzar P. Galicia in his anniversary message.
UPAY was also launched as the HSAC’s electronic payment gateway during the anniversary program. After the successful calculation of fees at hsac.gov.ph/calculator/, users will now automatically be directed to the UPAY website, where they can complete their transactions.
The launching was then followed by the signing of a new collective negotiation agreement between the HSAC and the Association of the HSAC’s Employees for Advancement and Development (AHEAD), and recognition of employees.
To help replenish the blood reserves in the country, the Central Office encouraged its stakeholders to participate in a bloodletting activity, conducted in partnership with the Philippine Red Cross, at the anteroom of the HSAC Session Hall.
It also invited the Philippine Statistics Authority to open a booth for its mobile services, such as the issuance of birth certificates, marriage certificates, National ID registration, and more.
The Central Office also opened a mini bazaar, distributed free food items and agency giveaways, and conducted free Zumba sessions.
