Human Settlements Adjudication Commission celebrated its third anniversary with the theme “Enhanced Efficiency amidst all the Challenges”, last February 14, 2022.
The event was opened by the three Commissioners namely: Executive Commissioner Melzar P. Galicia, Commissioner Fidel J. Exconde, Jr., and Commissioner Sergio E.Yap II, who shared their individual congratulatory and inspiring messages.
Commissioner Galicia expressed his gratitude to the hardworking personnel of HSAC whose concerted efforts drove to the success in delivering the agency’s mandate.
Likewise, Commissioner Yap looked back in the past two years, and shared that despite the pandemic the agency still managed to accomplish a lot. Yap added, that with the learning from the previous years, HSAC will continue to perform better, and work harder and indeed enhance its efficiency for a brighter future.
“We will make HSAC known to the entire country”, as declared by Commissioner Exconde during the event. He added, “there is an agency that caters to real estate problems, and that responds well.
The program continued with a thanksgiving mass followed by the presentation of loyalty awardees of HSAC employees and launch of the 2022 HSAC infomercial.
In the spirit of bayanihan, the HSAC also turned over its donation for the victims of the super typhoon Odette.
The full event was held at HSAC Central office in Quezon City and was streamed online for viewing by the Regional Adjudication Branches and the public.
HSAC was reconstituted in 2019 from now defunct HLURB by virtue of Republic Act No. 11201. Through the act, HSAC shares an anniversary with the Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development, to which it is attached.
HSAC promises to enhance efficiency in its services in line with the Departments theme, to provide decent homes for Filipino families.
